I have been working at Perth Autism Support since 2019, focussing on community development in Highland Perthshire, Blairgowrie, Crieff and Kinross areas, I am also responsible for managing the Employability and Community Engagement Strategy for PAS, supporting employers across the region to encourage a diverse and inclusive workforce for neurodiversity.
I have really enjoyed meeting families, delivering training in each area, developing relationships with schools and employers and raising awareness in general of our services across Perth & Kinross.
It’s been great to see the outreach services grow and be part of a fantastic team and charity.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking, reading, cooking and I spend a lot of my time socialising with my family and friends which is very important to me. I am a ‘football mum’ and never thought that I would be standing at the side of a football pitch on a Sunday supporting the team in all weather!
